Designed pixel-for-pixel from an exhaustive Figma prototype, the platform replaces scattered spreadsheets and phone calls with crystal-clear workflows. With each commit, we’re laying a digital foundation sturdy enough to support nationwide growth while flexible enough to adapt to the ever-evolving needs of coaches and volunteers.

Before this collaboration, the US Rugby Foundation via the Youth Rugby Initiative team juggled thousands of schools, volunteer coaches, and equipment shipments through disconnected tools. Critical data lived in silos, making it nearly impossible to see the big picture—or even confirm whether a kit reached its destination. Our design-first partnership re-imagined those workflows as a single, device responsive-friendly experience that captures every visit, every kit, and every student reached in real time. By translating months of discovery into a high-fidelity prototype and now meticulous code, we’re giving YRI the operational clarity it needs to ignite a love of rugby in one million kids.

Leveraging React, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform, we are transforming this blueprint into a robust application, complete with automated CI/CD pipelines, end-to-end encryption, and analytics that provide real-time insights into program impact. Daily Slack stand-ups and weekly demo sessions ensure alignment between both teams, ensuring that every new feature adheres to the approved design while adhering to stringent performance benchmarks.

Coaches can book sessions in seconds—even from the sideline—then record attendance, notes, and photos immediately after the final drill. Offline-friendly forms sync the moment a connection returns, ensuring no insight is ever lost and every student interaction counts.

End-to-End Equipment Kit Tracking

Schools request kits through a public form; administrators approve, adjust quantities, and lock in shipping details from one streamlined queue. The system records each stage—Pending ➜ Approved ➜ Shipped ➜ Delivered—and sends automated email updates so educators know exactly when gear will arrive.

Lightning-Fast Global Search & Smart Filters

A universal search bar and layered filters surface any school, visit, or interaction in milliseconds. Whether a volunteer needs “middle schools in Texas awaiting kits” or “last month’s visits with over 100 students,” data becomes instantly actionable, exportable, and ready for board-level reporting.

Enterprise-Grade Controls for Mission-Driven Oversight

YRI stakeholders regularly participate in live walkthroughs of the staging environment, allowing them to experience new features exactly as end users will. This hands-on visibility helps align expectations and catch any issues early. Collaboration is kept strong through weekly scheduled Zoom meetings, daily check-ins and messaging on Slack, and constant alignment across tools. This disciplined and coordinated approach ensures every milestone is delivered on time and within budget.
