Ivy Clinicians aims to address the unique challenges of the medical employment landscape, offering a solution that prioritizes user confidentiality and efficient employer-employee matchmaking.

Founder Leon Adelman, emergency physician and emergency room medical director, had the insight to create a simple job hunting platform for physicians, nurse practitioners and assistants based on models popularized by matchmaking apps like Bumble and Tinder. In the medical field, professionalism is key, and to be found job hunting at the wrong moment whilst under contract can be detrimental. By leveraging a model inspired by the user-initiated contact approach of dating apps, it empowers clinicians to discreetly explore and express interest in job opportunities.

Leveraging technology to fill emergency room labor needs via a specialized job platform is the answer to both hospital administrators and their staff.

Ivy Clinicians incorporates real-time messaging and video chat capabilities, enabling seamless and confidential communication between applicants and hiring departments. This allows applicants to interview and talk to hiring managers at different emergency departments without travel. With its responsive web design, the app is accessible across various devices, ensuring a user-friendly experience meant to streamline the job hunting experience in one central location.
