Restoring Trust to Home Services with QuickPro

QuickPro is not just another contractor directory. It is a mission-driven platform built to eliminate the chaos homeowners face when searching for help and the noise providers endure chasing bad leads. By partnering with QuickPro App LLC, Chop Dawg helped design and develop a fully functional two-sided marketplace where homeowners answer a guided questionnaire, swipe through verified providers, and connect instantly through secure messaging. Providers gain access to real leads, set their own budgets, and grow their businesses on their terms. An accompanying administrative web application gives the QuickPro team full control over user management, provider approvals, dispute resolution, and platform health, all without needing developers for day-to-day operations.

When Finding Help Should Not Feel Like a Gamble: Introduction to QuickPro

For most homeowners, the search for a reliable contractor, mover, or cleaner begins with hope and ends with frustration. You post online, fill out forms, and wait. Hours later, your inbox overflows with spam, cold calls, and providers who cannot even take the job. You do not feel helped. You feel overwhelmed. For providers, the experience is no better. They pay for leads that go nowhere, compete in bidding wars, and waste time chasing opportunities that never pan out.

Cameron, the founder of QuickPro App LLC, has lived both sides of this broken system. He knew there had to be a better way. QuickPro is his answer: a platform where homeowners get matched only with providers who are truly available, and providers receive clean, qualified leads without the noise. To bring this vision to life, Cameron partnered with Chop Dawg to design and develop a launch-ready MVP for iOS and Android, complete with a React-based administrative web application that empowers his team to run QuickPro with confidence and independence.

Breaking Barriers to Impact: QuickPro's Need for a Trustworthy Marketplace

Before QuickPro, the home services industry operated on a model that failed everyone involved. Homeowners were bombarded with low-quality responses and had no way to verify who they were hiring. Providers were buried under junk leads, forced to pay for every phone number they chased, even when it never panned out. The existing platforms prioritized volume over value, leaving both sides feeling trapped in a system that profited off their frustration.

Cameron needed a platform that could flip this script entirely. Homeowners needed a guided, intuitive experience where they could define their needs and see only verified, available providers. Providers needed clean onboarding, license and insurance verification, the ability to set budgets and lead caps, and the peace of knowing they would only be notified when real opportunities arose. And for the QuickPro team, there had to be a dedicated administrative tool to manage user accounts, resolve disputes, approve providers, and track platform health without relying on developers for every small task.

How We Worked Together

Building a Human-Centered Marketplace from Vision to Launch-Ready Product

From the very first conversation, we understood that QuickPro was deeply personal for Cameron. He had experienced the homeowner’s headache firsthand and listened to providers who felt exploited by existing platforms. Together, we set out to build something different: a marketplace centered on trust, clarity, and control. Working closely with Cameron, we mapped detailed user journeys for homeowners, providers, and administrators. We defined how the guided questionnaire should feel, how swipe-to-select matching should work, how provider verification tiers would build trust, and what information truly mattered in the administrative dashboard.

Figma became our shared workspace as we iterated on onboarding flows, questionnaire screens, provider dashboards, chat interfaces, and admin tools. In parallel, we formalized a technical approach centered on React Native for mobile, React for the web admin portal, Firebase and Google Cloud Platform for the backend, Stripe and RevenueCat for payments, and Twilio for secure messaging. Through weekly Zoom calls, daily Slack communication, and Jira-tracked sprints, every decision stayed anchored to one core promise: this platform should feel simple, trustworthy, and fair for everyone who uses it.

Delivering Trust, Clarity, and Connection with a Next-Generation Mobile Marketplace

We designed and developed iPhone and Android applications that transform the home services experience for both homeowners and providers, creating meaningful connections built on verification, transparency, and respect.

Guided Questionnaires That Define What Homeowners Actually Need

Instead of posting vague requests and hoping for the best, homeowners complete a short, structured questionnaire that captures exactly what they need. Questions cover service category, preferred timing, location, and optional budget range. The entire process is visual, lightweight, and designed to be completed in under two minutes. By the time results appear, homeowners see only providers who match their actual requirements, eliminating the noise before it even starts.

Swipe-to-Select Matching That Puts Control in the Homeowner's Hands

QuickPro brings an intuitive, swipe-based discovery experience to home services. Providers appear as cards displaying their profile photo, name, rating, distance, and services. Homeowners swipe right to express interest or left to pass. A match only occurs when the provider also accepts the lead from their dashboard. This mutual consent model ensures that conversations only begin when both sides are genuinely interested, respecting everyone’s time and attention.

Verified Provider Onboarding with Background Checks and License Verification

Trust is built into QuickPro from the very first interaction. Providers complete a streamlined onboarding process that includes submitting government ID, business licenses, and insurance documentation. A third-party background check integration validates identity and credentials before any provider becomes visible to homeowners. Providers move through clear status tiers, from Pending to Approved, and denied applicants receive specific rejection reasons with the option to resubmit. Homeowners never see a provider who has not been vetted.

Empowering QuickPro's Team with an Intuitive Administrative Platform

Beyond the mobile experience, we developed a robust desktop-only administrative web application that gives Cameron and his team complete operational independence without needing developers for day-to-day management.

Customer and Provider Account Management

Administrators can view, search, filter, and manage all customer and provider accounts from a centralized dashboard. Customer records display contact information, match history, and any reports filed. Provider records include submitted verification documents, approval status, service categories, and account history. With a few clicks, administrators can deactivate problematic accounts, reactivate users when appropriate, or request additional documentation from providers pending review.

Safety and Dispute Report Resolution

When customers or providers submit safety or dispute reports, every submission flows into a dedicated moderation queue with full context: reporter ID, reported user ID, category, description, attachments, and timestamp. Administrators can mark reports as under review, investigate chat histories, and take action ranging from warnings to account deactivation. Resolution requires justification text before closing, ensuring accountability. Reported users are automatically muted from messaging the reporter until the issue is resolved, protecting both parties throughout the process.

End-to-End Guidance and Support

Our partnership with QuickPro App LLC extended far beyond design and development. We served as strategic advisors, helping Cameron make confident decisions about scope, technology, compliance, and launch strategy so QuickPro could succeed from day one.

  • MVP Strategy Focused on What Matters Most

Together, we defined an MVP that validates the core hypothesis: homeowners want clarity and providers want quality leads. Instead of overloading version one with every possible feature, we concentrated on the workflows that deliver immediate value, including guided questionnaires, swipe-to-match discovery, verified onboarding, secure messaging, budget controls, and administrative oversight. This focus keeps QuickPro lean, launchable, and easy to understand for new users while laying a foundation for future expansion into reviews, scheduling, and additional service categories.

  • Technical and Compliance Consulting for a Regulated Marketplace

Throughout planning and development, we advised QuickPro on how to combine React Native, React, Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, RevenueCat, Twilio, and identity verification APIs in a way that meets Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements. We helped define data flows between customers, providers, and administrators, where encryption and access controls matter most, and how to structure payment processing to remain compliant with both platforms. Every technical decision was made with scalability, security, and store approval in mind.

  • Launch Readiness and Roadmap for Future Growth

Beyond the build itself, we prepared QuickPro for a successful launch with fully compliant App Store and Play Store submissions, professional creative assets, and detailed documentation for ongoing maintenance. We also collaborated with Cameron on a post-launch roadmap that includes potential enhancements like ratings and reviews, advanced provider matching, and in-app payment processing. The modular architecture ensures that when QuickPro is ready to expand, new features will extend the platform rather than require a costly rebuild.

Seamless Collaboration, Every Step of the Way

Our partnership with QuickPro App LLC was built on shared mission and transparent communication. Weekly Zoom calls kept us aligned on priorities during design, while bi-weekly reviews during development ensured every sprint delivered against Cameron’s vision. Daily Slack conversations gave Cameron direct access to designers, developers, and his dedicated project manager for real-time decisions. Figma prototypes made it easy to comment on flows, test interactions, and refine the experience before a single line of code was written. Jira provided full visibility into every sprint, bug, and milestone. By the time QuickPro headed toward launch, the platform reflected not just our technical expertise but Cameron’s deep understanding of what homeowners and providers truly need.

From Frustration to Trust: QuickPro's Digital Transformation

  • Clarity and Control

A Marketplace That Works for Both Sides

QuickPro now gives homeowners a clear, guided path to finding verified help without the spam, cold calls, and chaos that define the current landscape. At the same time, providers gain access to real leads, set their own budgets, and control their growth without chasing opportunities that go nowhere. The swipe-to-match model ensures that conversations only begin when both parties are genuinely interested, respecting everyone’s time and building trust from the very first interaction.

  • Operational Independence

A Platform Cameron's Team Can Run Without Developers

With the administrative web application, QuickPro’s team can manage customer and provider accounts, approve or deny new providers, resolve disputes, and monitor platform health without being bottlenecked by technical barriers. Every day-to-day operation, from reviewing verification documents to deactivating problematic accounts, happens through an intuitive dashboard designed for non-technical users. Cameron and his team run QuickPro with confidence and independence.

  • Scalability and Future Growth

An Architecture Ready for What Comes Next

Because QuickPro is built on a modern, modular stack with React Native, React, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform, the platform is ready to grow alongside user demand. When Cameron decides to expand into ratings and reviews, scheduling tools, or additional service categories, the foundation is already in place. QuickPro is not just a launch-ready MVP. It is a scalable platform designed to evolve, improve, and lead the home services industry into a future built on trust.

Chop Dawg has consistently hit every milestone on time while sticking to our monthly deadlines. Communication has been smooth through virtual meetings, email, and messaging, with weekly and biweekly calls supported by visual presentations over video. Their hardworking ethic and attention to detail have been truly impressive!
